To stop applying strikethrough style, you need to copy a different style of your choice from other words in Notes and apply to newer text. ![]() You can apply this style to other words in Notes by highlighting them and then using Option-Command-V.Now that you have brought the strikethrough style into Notes, you can copy this style using Option-Command-C.Switch to Notes and paste using Command-V.Highlight the striken-through word and copy using Command-C.Select the random word and apply strikethrough style.This dialog has strikethrough option just right above Family tab (none, single, double, color).From Format > Font > Show Fonts (or Command-T), bring up the Fonts selection dialog.Open a new document in Pages and type a random word.Following is not the ideal solution, but it works well.
